What about, exactly? Right now Flossy is choosing a pre-made template for the new OG site (thanks to Uncounter[SoT] for that), after this we'll be able to set up a new design at http://og.sotzone.ru

2 Approach: How much space we will be able to give away, any idea?

Nothing yet, I'll send Josh a template later on, so he'll be able to start working on it. And when it's finished, you and him will have ftp access to OG page at Sotzone.
