не проще ли icy veins собрать?
это чето вроде foc спайка у тя выходит но тока по одному таргету и слабее (ну разве что тока умудришься все хексы которые есть на когото повесить но это имхо палевно...)
и кстати тока 2 хекса с AoE: 1 nearby, 1 in area
остальные либо adjacent либо таргет

Согласен с Карнером^ ИВ проще и легче в плане спайка. Единственная проблема маленькая защита и то что это ваще то ХАшный билд
