"Updates regarding the upcoming BWE from Gaile Gray, ArenaNet Community Relations Manager, just came.
First is an announcement that the BWE start date has been pushed back to approximately 12:01 AM PST on February 18th. This is an unfortunate delay, however a necessary one when considering ...
There will be a full new region of Tyria for BWE'ers to explore. Ascalon, in all its glory before the Charr invasion, will be available for all participants to explore. Players will have the opportunity to learn more of the story behind many of the key NPCs and places they have encountered in their past travels through the world, in addition to experiencing a variety of new quests. Gaile goes on to say that the region is very free-form, allowing players to explore and move through the content at their own pace. More details about the area may or may not be available in the coming weeks, however for now the ArenaNet developer team says they are very excited to offer this vast new region and the hidden content within for players to enjoy.
The third update is word that ArenaNet will be partnering with fansites to offer a limited supply of BWE key codes. We will release details about the contest we will run to give visitors the opportunity to win keys shortly."

"You're an interesting species, an interesting mix. You're capable of such beautiful dreams and such horrible nightmares. You feel so lost, so cut off, so alone, only you're not. See, in all our searching, the only thing we've found that makes the emptiness bearable is each other"
